First the food was pretty good, however I ordered and paid extra for utensils that I did not receive! Also the coffee came with no sugar sweetness or cups! Great food but impossible to eat without utensils plates and cups for the coffee. I called ez cater and they spoke to the bagel caterer and the caterer actually had the nerve to say, I didn’t specify that I needed cups and creamer for the coffee, really???

The bagels were tasty and shmears good -- but buyer beware: if you do 'assorted' bagels they gave us *mostly* plain bagels, which was sad. Assorted != mostly plain! Hand specify what you want or you'll have mostly jealous people fighting over the couple of everything bagels.
