Overall, everything was good and delivered 15 minutes early. However, the order was missing one meal and one drink. These items were not in the initial order but were later added with the support of EZCater. The support tried to resolve the issue by phone, but B.GOOD was unreachable. This prevented us from possibly correcting the mistake, and as a result, one person ended up without food.

B. Good never disappoints - the food was fresh and delicious. My co-workers were thrilled with the variety and quality of the wraps and salads that were ordered. Only complaint was that the delivery came nearly 30 min early, which was inconvenient for those who needed to receive it. The person who delivered the food was professional and friendly, however I wished that he would have made the delivery closer to the scheduled delivery time.
