They forgot the ice. I even asked the delivery driver about the ice, and she said it was with the cups. But it wasn't. And the Back of the Stove Chicken, which is normally amazing, was a bit bland and tasted watery, as if it had been frozen and thawed out this morning. The food was warm-ish which was a little disappointing as well. And since we didn't get the ice I'd requested, we had warm drinks and cold food. We normally love Byronz, but it was just OK today.

First off, I usually love Bistro Byronz. Unfortunately today was a little disappointing. I ordered the hamburger steaks, mashed potatoes, and Caesar salad. The hamburger steaks were essentially just dry hamburgers. There was no gravy. The salad was fine, but not enough dressing. If you are looking for a delicious “home cookin” style hamburger steak this is not it.
