The tater tots were overcooked and probably shouldn’t be offered as a catering item because they are placed in an aluminum pan that doesn’t allow steam to escape, and they become very rubbery. Chicken breast for the salad was overcooked and therefore, dry. I asked for cheese to be put on the side of two catering salads and it wasn’t which ruined the meal for two people. I ordered a dozen cookies which were not delivered. I had high hopes that this $400 lunch for 12 people would be mind blowingly good. It was pretty awful.
