Food has always been good, the only issue we had was that the chicken club sliders did not have bacon the bacon was placed on the pork sliders. That was the only issue other than that FOOD is delicious

We ordered the 6 - BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders, 1- Jumbo Texas Wings, 1 - Cheese Platter, 1 - Vegetable Crudité for a retirement reception of 60 people. Everything was consumed. We love ordering from Cadillac Ranch for our receptions!
