We ordered the 6 - BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders, 1- Jumbo Texas Wings, 1 - Cheese Platter, 1 - Vegetable Crudité for a retirement reception of 60 people. Everything was consumed. We love ordering from Cadillac Ranch for our receptions!

We did the individual packaging so it was easy to grab and go and we loved it. The green beans and mashed potatoes were talked about. It was funny how many people came back for more because someone told them they had to try the potatoes and beans. Ribs were really good and the salmon got rave reviews.
