Order arrived earlier than expected, they even called before to make sure that would be ok. Delivery driver was very nice and the food was delicious and packaged nicely.

The food always tastes great, and the customer service is good, we just always have an issue with our fries (either not packaged right, missing, or the toppings not on them). They do go back for them or fix them but by then most people have eaten and no longer want them so that's frustrating.

I had submitted order prior day of event. Driver advised that it would be best to order maybe 2-3 days in advance. Did not realize that was the reason last time I ordered from here. We did get our treat and chips. However a few burgers were under cooked. The treat was not great. Chips were not the ones chosen. However. Still good burgers/sandwich.

This was a hit. All who ate enjoyed every bite. The deliver was on time and great customer service as always. Everyone wanted to know where I ordered the burgers from. Best experience yet.

While we always like Chop House the burgers were not warm when they arrived. Which is not the experience we had last time.
