Cosi's presentation is great. i love how they package the salads. I don't like the chicken that they use. It's actually pretty gross looking and tasting.

I have never had issues in the past with Cosi, but this time the order was over an hour late. I preordered a few days before I needed and after 45 minutes of it not arriving, I contacted ezcater to find out where they were. Cosi showed up an hour late well into my events lunch time.
