Oh.My.God. FLIPPIN DELICIOUS!!! the entire office was over the moon about it. Have you ever had 150 ALL like lunch? Rarely right? it happened here, all thanks to Costas. I will say however to the chef, the El Che could use a tiny bit of acid, like lemon juice to make the rest of the flavors pop. Please stay on EZCATER - because our office will be back! oh and thumbs up on the sustainable packaging, nice touch!.

All of the areppas came labeled on the box and the food was still warm. Everyone in our office loved them! Definitely will be ordering again in the future.

I had a horrible experience with Costas. They delivered half of the food that I ordered. I had to call ezcater to solve the issue, but it seems it was a mistake from what ezcater posted on their site. It took an hour for additional food to arrive. I would never order from them again. Horrible experience. The food was tasty but for office catering, I would not recommend.

They made a huge fuss about not giving us pre-made arepas with less than 24 hours notice. It's like, they saw the initial delivery instructions and decided to wait until the last minute to back us into a corner-so we would have no other option. Thank God EZ-Cater saved the day. I explained we have too many allergies and dietary restrictions for pre-made. Costa's excuse was, "we will be getting more food if they don't pre-make them". Really? Because the menu says, "CREATE YOUR OWN AREPA" that doesn't sound like it must be pre-made, it sounds like they were being greedy and trying to add fees for a true create your own arepa. On the account of terrible customer service, lack of following directions, waiting to the last minute stressing the customer deciding not to honor our requests you lose 3 stars. On the account of the food being decent and the delivery man helping us set it up, being nice-you can keep two. I will not order from them again nor will I recommend Costas.
