I’ve been a loyal customer of this caterer for years and have consistently trusted them to deliver quality meals for my clients—but unfortunately, that trust has been broken. I recently brought a catered lunch to an important client, and I was immediately met with disappointment. The first thing I was told upon walking in was that the food was overcooked and mushy. When I checked the setup, it was clear: the pasta was overly soft, almost falling apart, and the broccoli had lost all texture and color. I tasted it myself, hoping it wasn’t as bad as it looked—but it was. Flavorless, soggy, and completely below the standard I’ve come to expect. It’s incredibly disappointing to have a trusted vendor let you down in front of a client. Regretfully, I won’t be using this caterer again
