Food was a few minutes behind scheduled time, but they were kind enough to let me know. The food arrived warm and tasty. Just a note for anyone ordering - my interpretation of the Build Your Own Bowl was that the ingredients would all be separate and my guests would build their bowls from the ingredients I selected. However, the bowls you build online actually arrive put together with the ingredients you select. I hope that makes sense and helps!

I ordered catering through Genghis Grill for a team lunch, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Key items from the order were missing upon delivery, and instead of resolving the issue promptly, I had to go pick up the missing items myself. This added unnecessary stress and disrupted my schedule. While the food quality was fine once everything was sorted out, the lack of attention to detail and inconvenience left a sour impression. I hope they improve their processes to avoid similar situations for future customers.

The food was tasty. The delivery was good and just a little behind the scheduled requested time, though I did account for that to happen and adjusted my requested time to account for this. Although I do feel that the delivery charge by the restaurant was a bit much. The portions didn't seem to be consistent with the different items. I did specifically order brown rice to go with my vegetarian option and did not receive it. Should I order from Genghis Grill again, I will add specific notes to be sure we receive the order correctly.
