At first, when I saw the tray, I was not sure it would be enough for 12 servings. Oh Man, I was wrong! The tray is compact, horizontally, but it is relatively deep. When I served the first portion, I did not reach the bottom of the tray! The tray is loaded with Chicken, Beacon, Eggs and Avocados! 🧀 🍗 🥓 🥚 🥑 They really loaded that thing. Well, to keep things short, I am a Happy Hansel N Griddle customer. 👍🏼
