I ordered 8 lunch boxes for pick up at 11:45 and when I arrived no one had even started my order. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my order to be ready and it caused me to be late for my appointment. I would understand if they were busy, but when I walked in, no one was in there. They also were out of a ton of side options and I just had to take what was available. Overall, the food seemed to be enjoyed, but I was very disappointed with my experience.
