Food was not ready for pick up at the agreed time of 6:45pm. I ordered trays of sides as specified on ordering site, yet all were in small to go containers and when I made the manager or supervisor aware of this issue the were not very helpful. They even went as far as following me back to my car with trays to transfer the food over, even though the amount of sides were smaller in portion than a full tray. Very dissatisfied with the service and way they handled my concerns. One of the main cooks came out to try to help which I appreciated, but by than another 55 minutes of my time was waisted. Also the chicken rigatoni was overly salty, which ruined the entire dish, which they should refund as it was ruined and no one ate.

the burger patties from Jack's were cooked rare. Would not eat/trust

We tried Jack's for the first time, and it was great! The salmon was delicious and the Chicken piccata was a huge hit!

We love Jacks for a nice event, birthday or office treat. THe food is always on point and the delivery and set up is quick and easy. We really enjoy the Chicken Marsalla and the Shrimp Scampi meals. Large anough for a large office or hungry staff.
