I use Just Fresh the majority of the time but was let down this time with a delayed delivery to a key client. Client didn't receive food until after my presentation which was embarrassing and awkward. Once food arrived, it didn't get set up as requested, it was just left at the door.

The food was an hour and five minutes late. I had spoke to the manager at 8 AM (live) and the order had been confirmed numerous times. However, five minutes past the time it was supposed to be there, I received a phone call saying it was running late. No idea did I ever think it would be This much of a nightmare. I did get the food half off, but that’s not the point. The point was loosing the time to access the office and get time with the providers. I missed everyone of them.
