The delivery was prompt and professional. The sandwiches arrived well-packaged and still warm, even though our office is a bit out of the way. The delivery staff were courteous and ensured that the order was complete and to our satisfaction.

The food was delivered on time and our guys loved it. Do wish that they included some sauce or napkins but other than that, it was perfect!

Meal was not delivered on-time and was not labeled with each person's name as requested! Food was still really warm! It was a miscommunications with the Layne's management staff but unfortunately food arrived late and group was not able to partake! We had to make other arrangements for dinner! The delivery driver was amazing and explained that when she arrived they were not aware of the order! So no fault to EzCater!
