These are very decent sandwiches for the price! I think some of my staff was unfamiliar with traditional banh mi but those who tried it for the first time were pleasantly surprised, which I was happy about. I did order traditional sandwiches for those who were less adventurous. I heard they were ok. I think I over-ordered, probably could have cut back by a third.
