I ordered Choice A Buffet for 31-45 people which includes three appetizers, three entrees, and salad: Chicken Empanadas Beef Empanadas Papas Rellenas Arroz con Pollo Pernil Mofongo Ensalada Tropical (Romaine & iceberg lettuce with tomatoes, garbanzo beans, red onions, and avocado.) In addition to the package I ordered Mofongo con Vegetables so the vegetarians would have something to eat and added maduros. Everything was good, everyone liked the pernil and arroz con pollo mains. The plain mofongo was probably the least popular of the three. The stew for the vegetarian mofongo was very flavorful, and the rice and peas were really good too. The Puerto Ricans in my office said the food was good and liked the variety, one said it was the same menu he has for Christmas. We had left over maduros and salad and some rice and peas. Minus one star because the portions were a little small for the aps and mains; I would order bigger portions next time.

This place is authentic as you can possibly get. I love this caterer, I will definitely keep ordering from here. The owner is so great with communication, and the food is authentically puerto rican as you can possibly get. The office loved it.
