-didnt include serving utensils for the salad/dressing, or the cookies that were to come in the boxed lunches, or the eggs or croutons that were to come on the salad -wasnt actually a boxed lunch as advertised (was multiple wrapped sandwiches in a soggy paper bag) -sent pop w/melted ice in a cup, rather than the bottled pop that was advertised not very pleased with the catering
