Food arrived 30 minutes early and cold. Delivery driver phoned me while at clinic 30 minutes prior to scheduled delivery time. I was not there to receive food. Asked driver to return on time. They left food there 30 minutes early without ordered plates and serving utensils. Food for 22 people and no way to serve. Spent time on phone with restaurant (no manager available) and with EZCater. Restaurant didn’t bring plates or utensils when phoned at correct delivery time. Received refund for delivery and plate cost only.
