Our Thanksgiving dinner was amazing so we decided to try the prime rib dinner for Christmas. The instructions were for reheating but we received a raw prime rib. There was no seasoning, no crust and it took a lot longer than an hour at 225 to cook. Wish I had opened the foil the prime rib was wrapped in so I could’ve cooked it correctly. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

Food arrived right on time, and all the staff in my office raved about how delicious it was! Would absolutely order from Simons again!
