While the delivery was right on time and the food was excellent, I couldn't serve one of the meals because the Delectable Egg ignored my food allergy notes. I had to quickly find another option for her, which was not ideal and made the morning more challenging than it needed to be. Food safety is paramount—thank goodness I paid attention to the order, or that could have been a much worse outcome.

I wish I could give them 4.5 stars. The service and presentation were amazing! They came and set everything up, it looked very nice and the person who came was great, on time and very helpful! My only reason for knocking them down a .5 star was because of the amount of food. I ordered biscuits and gravy for 30 people. While they sent over 2 whole trays of biscuits, which was perfect, they only gave one-half tin of gravy. We ended up only feeding 22 people, so there should have been plenty, and yet we barely had enough for those 22 people and even they had to scoop very small portions of gravy. It was simply not enough, for the price paid, which was a bummer because it was delicious! I don't know if I will order biscuits and gravy, again, but I am open to ordering catering from them again because they made the process so easy!
