I paid for individual lunches as per the order; entire lunch was served from large trays. I specifically asked for individuals per the office policy and TGG completely ignored that.

The presentation used to be a lot prettier, and I thought the amount of food sent was a lot less than it used to be, despite a hefty per head price.
