Needed an easy catering option for 30+ people; needed something that was easy to serve, (the pasta felt a big too work intensive) and the wraps were perfect so folks could grab and go. We got the Polpetta and Verde Cassones, the Nina Piadina, and the burrata salad. The salad was delicious, and the portions were WAY more than 4 per tray, more like 8. The broccoli rabe (Verde) cassone was a bit dry/bland and needed more cheese or other sauce, but everything else was good. Someone said the Polpetta Cassone reminded them of the cafeteria pizza wraps from grade school, in a good way. Delivery was prompt, and packaging was great. A good choice to feed a lot of people, with various tastes and dietary choices.
