There were some good things; order ease and timeliness; friendly staff, all 5 stars. Somethings could have been better; I ordered the deli tray sandwiches with a vegetarian option. Food flavor and freshness was great; 5 stars, however the meat and cheese ratio compared to bread size was very small; only one slice of meat and one slice of cheese. Also, the vegetarian option that was provided was tuna salad (not sure that meets the definition of vegetarian). The cost however was significantly less compared to some of the chain catering menus. Lesson learned; be clear in the instructions and you get what you pay for.

I had never used NCC before but definitely will again. Burger bar was a big hit

The staff was awesome! They went out of their way to make sure I could transport my order from their vehicle to mine as they were not allowed on my facilities location. Food was great. Next time we plan to order more of it! lol

Food was delicious and had many compliments on the chicken, but a delivery fee AND a required gratuity AND a catering staff tip is way too much. Gratuity and tip are the same, no?

The ease of ordering online line was fantastic. Our delivery order from Norfolk Catering was a little early, but I would rather it be early than late. The Delivery person was very personable. The staff in the workshop loved the Deli Platter and cookies. Thank you.
