The Spaghetti Shack team has incredible customer service/ service in general! Not only did they personally deliver, but gave a follow up call to ensure everything was up to standard! The food was delicious, with a homemade feel. We don't order hefty meals to our office often but we will again for Spaghetti Shack!!

The team is very friendly and even helped me prep the to go order a little earlier than I anticipated. Super helpful. Also- they keep the spaghetti and meatballs separate so having a vegetarian option is simple!
