This was an absolute disaster. Only a small fraction of the order was delivered. They sent a second driver with the remainder of the order and the driver got in a car accident on the way there. I waited for almost two hours to get the rest of the order and my customers never got the full order. The manager was nice, but at the end of the day my business suffered because of their error.

The cookies are great and people love them, the delivery experience not so much. They didn't follow the delivery instructions and handed them to the wrong person at the wrong door. I'm glad they eventually made their way to me.

The cookies are always great here, however the staff said they had no record of my order upon arrival. After making me wait 20 or so minutes longer to help another customer at the window and search for the order, they finally fulfilled some of it. They did offer 10% discount, but wouldn't use again for a large client order through ezcater. Often short on time, heading to client meetings. This interaction made me late.
