One star because they FORGOT to give the cream cheese to the third party driver. When I called EZ cater to have them bring the cream cheese, the restaurant said no. This is a bagel shop. That's all they do! Bagels, and cream cheese! It would be like forgetting the bagels... "here's your cream cheese!" Will never use them again.
