I am very unpleased with the way this has turned out. I used this for a holiday lunch for my employees and had to order platters in order get steak. In doing so we didn't receive the green beans or the rolls that was to come with the platter. We also didn't receive plates, napkins or utensils. Before leaving the restaurant I asked if this order was doubled checked and I was told yes. I said good because there would be upset people otherwise. Silly me for taking someone at their word. I did submit a live chat about the issue to which I was told they could deliver the items or refund. We had already began to eat so I choose refund. My refund was a total of $37.48 and I was given a discount code. I will not be using the code because I will not put my faith in this service again. The idea was good and was easy but the follow through was very disappointing.

Everyone really enjoyed the country style food. It was very tasty and they provided everything we needed.

Really impressed, office loved it. Wanted to order again but they do not accept orders within 24 hours. I was disappointed.
