I ordered catering for dinner at one of our faculty's homes for a community partnershp dinner and did not receive confirmation from the driver that the food had been delivered. After contacting EzCater support, who were very helpful, they were unable to reach the driver. When they called the restaurant, the manager also couldn’t get in touch with the driver. The next day, the faculty reported that the food for dinner did arrive on time and was tasty, though the falafels were a bit dry and hard according to their guests. Due to the lack of communication and the additional after-hours work it caused, I will not be using Zadna Restaurant for future orders.

Food was on time and delicious. The portions were large and everyone enjoyed the food. Will be using them again for a future dinner order for partners in September.
