The Challenge

MedCura Health is a primary health care organization with nine clinics across the greater Atlanta area. MedCura provides food to 150–180 staff members every Thursday during mandatory lunchtime staff meetings. They also provide breakfast to their administrative teams every Tuesday to encourage in-office attendance. Executive Assistant Chris Whittaker found himself spending too many work hours managing and scheduling food for his staff, taking time away from the rest of his work duties.
