ezCater Announces CEO Transition

Board Appoints CFO Nihad Rahman as Interim Chief Executive Officer

BOSTON – January 6, 2025 – ezCater, the #1 food tech platform for workplaces in the U.S., today announced that Ashwin Raj has left his role as CEO and Director of the Company. ezCater’s Board of Directors has appointed Chief Financial Officer Nihad Rahman as Interim CEO, effective immediately, while it conducts a search for a permanent CEO.

Rahman brings deep familiarity and experience to his new role at ezCater, having served as its CFO for the past three years. Prior to joining ezCater, Rahman held a series of leadership positions with JPMorganChase and General Electric. At JPMorganChase, his clients ranged from emerging to established technology companies. At General Electric, he led finance teams in a series of expanding global roles.
