Fortune Media and Great Place to Work Name ezCater to 2023 Best Medium Workplaces List, Ranking No. 13
BOSTON – August 31, 2023 – ezCater, the most trusted provider of corporate food solutions, announced it has been named one of 2023’s Best Medium Workplaces by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work. ezCater earned a winning spot based on employee feedback about their experiences on the job, including pride in working for the organization, trust in leadership, and an environment of collaboration and camaraderie. This recognition marks ezCater’s third time being named to this prestigious list.

To determine the Best Medium Workplaces list, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of over 210,000 employees from thousands of companies with headcounts between 100 to 999 in the U.S. The survey found that 97% of ezCater employees believe the company to be a great place to work — compared to 57% for the average US-based company. ezCater attributes this response to its culture of trust, transparency, and flexibility.
